I create images that span performance and studies of objects and spaces. Across this practice, I use heavy contrast to shape both the subject and the space around it, drawing on light and shade as a structuring force rather than a purely descriptive one.

I’m drawn to the way illumination can carve out movement, isolate gestures, and reveal the underlying architecture of a moment on stage, just as it can reframe engineered components or familiar objects. In both contexts, shifts in light and context alter perception, allowing what is known to be seen with renewed attention and precision.

Esteemed collaborators describe my approach as adaptable, intuitive, and conceptually exact.

“You are independent and always understand what I need. The work you produce is consistently strong, precise, and always usable.”
